Comment Period Closed for 2026 Draft Public Participation Plan
On Sept. 22, 2025, SCAG released its Draft 2026 Public Participation Plan for public comment. The public comment period closed on Nov. 7, 2025.
There is still time to provide input. Staff will also hear public comments on the Draft Public Participation Plan at the Nov. 20, 2025, meeting of the Technical Working Group. Persons interested in attending or offering their comment at the Technical Working Group meeting may join via phone or online:

The Proposed Final Public Participation Plan, along with a report summarizing the entirety of the comments, is slated to go before the SCAG Regional Council at their February 2026 meeting.
